It includes the analysis of the legal implication of the project, also from a labour and tax law perspective, the determination of the best way to structure it, and its implementation.

Our assistance comprises the search, design and implementation of both private (private equity, external financing…) and public financing solutions, including subsidies.

We help directors and chief staff of companies and enterprises to deal with the several legal issues they may face (risk management, relationships with shareholders, strategic questions or operations, management and settlement of internal conflicts, e.g.).

We offer training courses and seminars to our clients on new or actual developments or dedicated topics, including practical assesments as well as simulations (negotiation of contracts, social inspection management…).

We stand for the drafting, revision and update of the legal documents used by our clients.
