Admitted to the Brussels Bar since 2005, Julien advises and defends entrepreneurs in business life.
In the field of assistance to companies in difficulty, he has participated, for 5 years, as a coordinating and consulting member of the Centre for Companies in Difficulty (Ced) within the Brussels Chamber of Commerce (BECI), where he sat on the board of directors.
Julien has also acquired the title of specialist in the law of companies in difficulty from the French Bar Association of Brussels.

Benoît studied at Brussels university (Saint-Louis and ULB) where he graduated in 1998.
He started at the Brussels bar in 1999 working in two business law firms allowing him to practise mostly in company law, commercial law and contract law with a special focus on real estate and civil proceeding aspects.
Benoît spent then 4 years (2006-2010) as a in-house lawyer for a real estate and architectural development company, before returning to the Brussels bar (2010), to practice all the aspects of real estate which he particularly appreciates.
Benoît develops pragmatism in his files and in his private life, enjoying nature via sports (cycling, ski, tennis) as well as wine or DIY.

Specialized in corporate law and contract law, he mainly advises companies and their managers on projects’ structuring as well as to e.g. prevent or resolve conflicts between shareholders.
